Holocaust Survivor Stories
The Lives of Tauba & Edward Biterman

Mark your calendar for a special in-person program when Joel Biterman will share the
remarkable stories of his parents, Tauba and Edward Biterman. Although both were
Holocaust survivors, their pre-war lives, and their survival stories could not have been more
different! Using a variety of visual aids to illustrate their stories, including a video
recording of his mother, Joel will describe his parents lives during the Nazi German
invasion, during_ the war, through the post-war period in Europe, and their lives here in
The United States after 1948.

Although her husband passed away in 1975, Tauba Biterman dedicated her life to
teaching and sharing memories of the Holocaust so that this history would not be
forgotten. She lived to be 102 years old! Since her passing in 2019, Joel has felt obligated
to continue sharing her story. As he explains, "These stories of survival are always
relevant. This is especially true at this time in our history."

You won't want to miss this historically significant and very personal presentation.
